Beridge Associates was formed in 1989 by Bob Bell (proprietor), with the aim of satisfying the needs of dealerships and fleet customers. At the time, companies specializing in servicing clients conversion requirements were very thin on the ground and Beridge Associates saw the opportunity to provide a bespoke build to give customers exactly what they wanted. Beridge Associates was incorporated as a Limited company in 2005.

Bob’s background has always been in the motor industry. After leaving school in 1959, he joined the army where he successfully completed his apprenticeship in the Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers. On leaving the forces in 1970 he worked as a mechanic concentrating on commercial vehicles, and later in 1975 entered sales - selling Bedford trucks. Throughout his career he has sold various makes of commercial vehicles and with this experience, went into commercial vehicle body building as a Sales Director. In 1989 Bob formed Beridge Associates specializing in vans. The company now has extensive experience and a solid client base offering an exclusive design and manufacture facility second to none. His knowledge of the commercial vehicle market and its requirements are boundless (but he's still learning).
